Hustle City ("the Game") is a free, browser-based game operated by UBSwift ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to these terms.
The Game is free. There is no entry fee, no wager, no purchase, and no cash prize. Earnings inside the Game ("₦") are virtual and have no monetary value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or goods.
The Game does not offer gambling of any kind. There is no stake, no chance-based payout of real value, and no wagering mechanism.
The Game is open to anyone with internet access. If you are under 18, you may play, but you may not make any purchase (none exist in this version).
You agree not to cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with other players. We may void scores, block access, or ban guests and accounts that break these rules.
You retain ownership of any nickname or idea you submit. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it in aggregate (for example, an idea tally in the admin panel).
We do not guarantee uptime. We may change, pause, or end the Game at any time.
The Game is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
